Air Farce Bids a Rollicking Adieu to 2011 in a New Year’s Day Special
Sunday, January 1st at 8 PM

Air Farce stars Don Ferguson, Luba Goy, Craig Lauzon, Alan Park, andPenelope Corrin welcome “Combat Hospital” co-star Arnold Pinnock into the regular cast. They’re joined by a stellar guest line-up – Adam Beach, star of CBC-TV’s upcoming “Arctic Air,” “Battle of the Blades” champ Tessa Bonhomme, “Dragons’ Den” denizen Kevin O’Leary and his “Lang and O’Leary Exchange” co-star, Amanda Lang.

Also on board will be Green Party leader Elizabeth May fighting to occupy Parliament, CBC’s own Ron MacLean, Lorne Cardinal from “Corner Gas,” wrestler “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, plus the Canadian World Junior Hockey Team.

Doors open at 5:30PM

Truffles Catering will provide hors d’oeuvres of tasty vegetarian and vegan treats, as well as seafood graded by Oceanwise. Truffles take great pride in being a leader in sustainable food production and service. They were most recently awarded Business Leader of the year 2011 by the GVCC.  A host drink is provided, a cash bar will be available.

All proceeds go to the Saanich – Gulf Islands Green Party of Canada.

We have limited the number of invitations to 100 at $250 each so that each person can have some time with Dr. Suzuki.

Rides can be provided from Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal or Victoria International Airport upon request.  Affordable hotel rates are available (mention this event) at the Sidney Pier Hotel, next to the Ocean Discovery Centre.  Tax Receipts will be issued for the after-cost amount of each ticket.
